Returns and refunds

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. After that we can't offer a refund or exchange.

The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging, in the condition you received it.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll email you whether the refund is approved or declined.

If approved, the refund goes back to the original payment method. Timing depends on the bank that issued your card.

If you still don't see the refund after that, check your account, ask your bank and, if it's still missing, email us at contacto@trigosarraceno.cl.
